      It's kind of hard to get fresh air and sunlight when you're trapped in a cubicle eight hours a day. In this episode of "What Were They Thinking?," a video series featured on Total Retail's sister brand site, Target Marketing, Managing Editor Melissa Ward shares a new experiential marketing campaign from L.L.Bean. The outdoor apparel and gear retailer has teamed with Industrious to promote a new kind of office space: outside. As part of its Be an Outsider at Work campaign, L.L.Bean is bringing a pop-up co-working space to several U.S. cities this summer.

      The pop-up tour kicked off in New York City on June 21, then will head to Boston from July 10-12, Philadelphia from July 17-19, and Madison, Wis. from July 24-26.
