Through the use of its new mobile apps, City Furniture's store associates can now access customer data on the sales floor, helping them to make personalized product recommendations as well as offer related items that pair well with previous purchases; process transactions directly on the sales floor, saving customers’ time; and enable customers to apply for retail financing through a City Furniture finance account.
