Chandra Holt is chief executive officer and president of Conn’s HomePlus, a specialty retailer of home goods, including furniture, appliances, and consumer electronics, with more than 155 store locations across 15 states. She has held the position since August 2021. Holt also serves on the company’s board of directors. She leads the organization’s over 4,000 employees in their mission to elevate home life to home love by providing access to high-quality products, next-day delivery and personalized payment options.

Prior to joining Conn’s HomePlus, Holt was executive vice president and chief merchandising officer for Walmart.com. She also served as senior vice president and chief operating officer for Samsclub.com. Throughout her extensive retail career, she held leadership roles at both Walgreens and Target. Holt holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and a M.B.A. from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
