Ja'Niya Arrington is the Video and Podcast Production Intern for Total Retail and sister brands Women in Retail Leadership Circle and Women Leading Travel & Hospitality. She studied media production at Temple University and is a YouTube editor/freelancer producing ads and social media shorts for companies. Her hobbies include thrift shopping, taking walks around the park, gaming, repairing cameras and reading.

Madalyn Dingman is a Video and Podcast Production Intern at Total Retail and sister brands Women in Retail Leadership Circle and Women Leading Travel & Hospitality at NAPCO Media. Madalyn is currently pursuing a B.A. in Film and Media Arts with a concentration in Post Production from the Temple University School of Theater, Film and Media Arts in Philadelphia. Go Owls!
