D. Paul Dascoli

Express has promoted Matthew Moellering to the position of chief operating officer. D. Paul Dascoli was also appointed chief financial officer. Moellering was previously chief administration officer and CFO. Dascoli most recently served as CFO for VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership.
