Schmid & Assoc. He has more than 10 years of experience in circulation, advertising, consulting and financial strategy in the catalog/retail industry. George's expertise includes circulation strategy, mailing execution, response analysis and financial planning. Before joining J. Schmid, George worked as catalog marketing director at Dynamic Resource Group, where he was responsible for marketing and merchandising for the Annie's Attic Needlecraft catalog, the Clotilde Sewing Notions catalog, the House of White Birches Quilter's catalog and three book clubs. George also worked on corporate acquisitions.


Paige brings over 20 years of experience in senior marketing roles crossing many areas of enterprise software, customer experience, and cloud computing. As Chief Marketing Officer, she combines product marketing expertise with an extensive background in communications and a passion for developing thought leadership programs that build awareness, differentiation, and demand. Prior to joining Sitecore, Paige was CMO at digital workplace platform provider Prysm, where she rebranded the company and helped it transition to a combined SaaS and hardware business. She previously served as CMO at SDL and as Vice President of Marketing for Aprimo, where her thought leadership, demand generation, and communications programs contributed to rapid growth. Paige also served as CMO at PHH Arval and two early-stage startups—Aravo and GreenRoad Technologies. Prior to PHH, Paige spent a decade at Oracle Corporation leading a variety of marketing initiatives.

Prior to Loop, he was Co-Founder of Iterate Studio, a venture designed to close the gap on how retailers and brands access early-stage startup innovation. Essentially, Walmart Labs for everyone else and delivered as a service.



Jim Gilbert has had a storied career in direct and digital marketing resulting in a burning desire to tell stories that educate, inform, and inspire marketers to new heights of success.
After years of marketing consulting, Jim decided it was time to “put his money where his mouth was" and build his own e-commerce company, Premo Natural Products, with its flagship product, Premo Guard Bed Bug & Mite Sprays. Premo in its second year is poised to eclipse 100 percent growth.
Jim has been writing for Target Marketing Group since 2006, first on the pages of Catalog Success Magazine, then as the first blogger for its online division. Jim continues to write for Total Retail.
Along the way, Jim has led the Florida Direct Marketing Association as their Marketing Chair and then three-term President, been an Adjunct Professor of Direct and Digital marketing for Miami International University, and created a lecture series, “The 9 Immutable Laws of Social Media Marketing,” which he has presented across the country at conferences and universities.


As Vice President of Global Marketing, Mia is responsible for providing leadership and executing on marketing strategy for CitiXsys globally. She brings 10 years of marketing experience for B2B and B2C technology companies in the retail, supply chain and food & beverage sectors. Her expertise lies in developing award-winning content and delivering data-driven demand generation campaigns. Mia works closely with regional sales teams to develop strategies for demand generation and has a keen eye for regional marketplace variances having worked in the USA and abroad in Africa and Latin America.
Mia holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, USA and attained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, USA.
