Rothschild in New York has been hired to advise Esprit, said the people, who declined to be identified because the process isn’t public. RadioShack Corp. has hired the chief financial officer of Ace Hardware. Dorvin Lively, 53, will be RadioShack's CFO as well as chief administrative officer, the company said.
