GfK's Future Buy research reveals that the online shopping experience is resonating more with consumers than the in-store experience. The study found that consumers rate online shopping significantly higher for nearly all attributes that result in a winning experience. Quad/Graphics has signed a multiyear agreement with Bluestem Brands, best known for its growing Fingerhut and Gettington.com brands.
