Shruthi Rao is the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Vendia, a Multi-cloud, Distributed Data platform. Previously, she launched and grew Amazon Managed Blockchain and Amazon Quantum Ledger Database and was the lead Business Development for AWS’ Serverless portfolio of services including Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito and 11 other services. She set up India’ first crypto mining operation in 2011 and has since been an early investor, contributor and advisor to the likes of Ethereum Project, Ripple, Mobility Open Blockchain Initiative (MOBI), Linux Foundation and World Economic Forum. Shruthi is a Stanford Executive Program alumna and holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University and BS in Computer Science from National Institute of Engineering.
