John Newcome’s experience in employee benefits and insurance allows him to bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the clients he serves as Vice President and Senior Consultant with Kelly Benefits Strategies (KBS). John joined KBS in 2001 and has since been a trusted advisor by keeping clients up-to-date on risk and cost trends, benefit design innovations, and compliance requirements; while providing strategies designed to maintain above-benchmark employee benefits within budget.
John currently serves KBS customers ranging in size from hundreds to tens-of-thousands of employees. He is also a member of the Kelly Benefits Compliance Committee and the Kelly Benefits Technology Business Leadership Team. Prior to joining KBS, John spent five years as a medical claims adjudicator for a national third-party administrator and five years as an account manager with a Baltimore-based insurance brokerage and consulting firm.
