Greg Jones is the CEO of tutch, the retail technology company specializing in designing digital platforms that give in-store shoppers access to every product in a retailers’ product ecosystem. Jones spearheads the company’s strategic direction, leading the team as it builds new partnerships with retailers and expands into other markets around the world. 
 
He has a proven track record of over two decades leading retail and technology initiatives and projects, pioneering the intersection of both industries while serving as Global Director, Industry Solutions for Retail and Consumer Goods at Microsoft, and North America Retail and Consumer Goods Lead at Avanade. In each of those positions, Jones developed business solutions that helped to solve legacy problems by introducing new technologies and developing partnerships.
 
During his tenure at Microsoft, Jones was responsible for creating the company’s Travel and Transportation vertical, including developing critical partnerships with Boeing and SITA. At Avanade, he developed the North America Retail and Consumer Goods Advisory practice, which helps to guide retailers as they learn to leverage AI and technology to digitize core functions to meet their business goals. 
 
Jones channels these experiences to help educate retailers on the advantages of adopting digital technology into physical stores to improve their profitability. The tutch platform can be customized and adapted to expand aisle and basket sizes, open up opportunities to create marketplaces, build an avenue for digital revenue to enter stores, and much more. Jones’ multi-faceted background, with grounding in both the retail and digital technology spaces gives him a unique platform to lead tutch as it comes alongside brick-and-mortar retailers and develops ways of optimizing their store footprints in a way that meets their unique needs, regardless of size and vertical.
