Asha Shivaji is a dynamic marketer with a passion for driving meaningful change. As the founder of SeeMe Index, a company bringing objective measurement to brand inclusivity by leveraging responsible AI, she is dedicated to promoting authentic representation in media and advertising. Asha’s extensive experience includes collaborations with prestigious global brands like Apple, Disney, Moet Hennessy, Estee Lauder, and Johnson & Johnson, where she has consistently modernized marketing initiatives to resonate with consumers.
In her most recent role leading marketing strategy for Google’s Advanced Brand Acceleration Team, Asha co-led the partnership with the UN’s Unstereotype Alliance, focusing on dismantling harmful stereotypes in advertising. Through SeeMe Index, she aims to empower brands to embrace diversity and authenticity, ensuring that all voices are represented and celebrated in the marketplace.
Asha has spoken on topics such as inclusivity, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and integrated marketing at prominent events like Cannes Lions and CEW’s 3rd Annual DE&I Forum. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from New York City and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, she serves as a consultant for the United Nations Unstereotype Alliance and is a woman of color.
