Quirky manages to meet the needs of today's 24/7 consumers by relying on its community to help quickly bring products to market. In addition, it leverages both online and brick-and-mortar retail partnerships to increase sales. Lastly, Quirky is a company that's truly all about its community. In a recent ad campaign, Kaufman is dubbed "The World's Least Important CEO," because without Quirky's community, there's no product to sell.
