Tiny Prints, a brand of Shutterfly that sells chic photo cards, personalized stationery, and stylish greeting cards and holiday cards, is finding great success — and new prospects — with its affiliate marketing program.
Using trackable links, the affiliate program allows participating websites to earn commission on sales referred to Tiny Prints and its sister site, Wedding Paper Divas. Tiny Links provides its affiliate partners with links and banners that they can post on their websites. When visitors referred to Tiny Prints by its affiliate partners make a purchase, Tiny Prints gives the partner a commission on the sale.
Highlights of the program for affiliate partners include 10 percent commission on all sales; monthly affiliate promotions (e.g., a $250 bonus for the first five affiliates that reach their monthly volume targets); and 180-day cookies for conversion tracking, which means affiliate partners get credit for any orders within 180 days of the original click placed by the customer.
"Performance marketing through affiliate programs is one of the most powerful and effective customer acquisition tools available to companies with an online presence," said Robert Glazer, managing partner at Acceleration Partners, in a company press release. Acceleration Partners, in partnership with the company's exclusive affiliate network, ShareASale, has worked closely with Tiny Prints on the management of the retailer's affiliate program since its launch in 2007.
While it's been in existence for more than four years, Tiny Prints' affiliate marketing program achieved several key milestones last year, including more than 100 percent growth for the fourth consecutive year and winning the prestigious "Exeptional Merchant" award at the Affiliate Summit West conference. What's more, Tiny Prints' program now has more than 6,000 affiliates and is managed by a four-person team committed to exceptional one-on-one service.
