Sur La Table this week announced the appointment of Billy May as CEO. May succeeds Diane Neal, who retired earlier this year.
May brings deep marketing, merchandising and operations experience to Sur La Table, with a strong focus on customer-facing growth initiatives across multiple platforms. He joins the company from Abercrombie & Fitch, where he most recently served as senior vice president and a member of the executive leadership team. At Abercrombie, May was responsible for marketing, e-commerce, omnichannel and corporate expansion initiatives across all brands and geographies. Previously, he helped lead global digital and e-commerce at adidas Group, as well as held various leadership roles at Sears Holdings and Lowe's Companies.
