In "The Bucket List: Strategies For Marketing to Your Multichannel Cus-tomers," Kevin Hillstrom (featured in this month's Shop Talk department on pg. 9), president of multichannel marketing consultancy MineThatData, said audiences are dispersing into a plethora of micro-channels, requiring marketers to approach customer strategy in new and interesting ways.
