Pin of the Week: Which is No. 1 in the Social Sphere, Wal-Mart or Target?
Welcome to this week's "Pin of the Week." This week's featured pin is an infographic titled "The Social Retail Competition" from Unmetric, a social media analytics provider.
The infographic is based on a study by Unmetric that focuses on how retailers are battling it out in the social media space. Wal-Mart has the most "Likes" with 17.2 million, followed by Target with 14.5 million. The infographic also revealed that Nordstrom was the best at replying to its customers on Twitter, while Wal-Mart was the worst of the group, replying to only 7 percent of its customers’ tweets.
