Paula Schneider has resigned as CEO of Los Angeles–based DG Premium Brands, parent company of clothing labels 7 For All Mankind, Splendid and Ella Moss. Schneider was on the job just seven months following her departure from American Apparel last year.
“We can confirm Paula Schneider’s decision to leave her position as chief executive officer of DG Premium Brands, a division of Delta Galil Industries,” the company said in an email to Apparel News. “We're conducting a search for a leader for DG Premium Brands who can help realize its full potential. We wish Paula well in her future endeavors.”
While DG Premium Brands searches for a new chief executive, a senior leadership team that consists of Marty Marstiller and Jenna Habayeb are in charge, reporting to Isaac Dabah, CEO of Delta Galil Industries.
During Schneider’s tumultuous two years at American Apparel, the company fired founder Dov Charney and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
