A $120K Slumber Party and Other Luxury Gifts in Neiman Marcus’ 2016 Christmas Book
Each year, Neiman Marcus offers up the most luxurious — and outrageous — items in its Christmas Book catalog. The 2016 version of the catalog will be the 90th edition to show off the world’s most expensive and sought-after items. Some of the offerings include:
- Cobalt Valkyrie-X Private Plane for $1.5 million
- His and Hers Neiman Marcus Island Cars Featuring Lilly Pulitzer Design for $65,000 each
- Private Quarterback Camp With Joe Montana for $65,000
- Slumber Party at the Neiman Marcus Flagship Store in Dallas for a cool $120,000
Total Retail’s Take: This is one catalog that I would be anxiously awaiting for to arrive. It’s totally outrageous, but it’s also great exposure for any brand that can get a product featured. The Lilly Pulitzer cars and Optimist Akola bracelets are being seen by the world’s rich and elite. Another plus is that Neiman Marcus will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the catalog's sales to The Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation, which brings enriching art experiences to youth in communities nationwide.
