All of your messages include clear opt-out instructions, and opt-out requests are honored promptly. Your customers asked you to send them e-mails, because they find your messages interesting, and at appropriate intervals you send them the information they asked to receive. In short, you consider yourself a “white-hat” e-mail marketer — the antithesis of a spammer.
