Gross deliverability was more than 90 percent for all the top 10 ranked U.S. ISPs, with average deliverability of 83.8 percent across the sample. CompuServe had the highest rate of inbox delivery at 88 percent, while the rest of the top 10 all scored delivery rates of 81 percent or higher. Of the 25 U.S. ISPs tracked in the report, however, several leading providers ranked among the top 10 with the highest rates of delivery to the junk folder. These included Gmail (third with 28 percent), Yahoo! (fourth with 19 percent) and Hotmail (sixth with 16 percent).
