Do dedicate someone to manage the program. This person should handle e-mail bouncebacks, clean your e-mail lists and conduct periodic list updates. Word of caution here: Cross-train an additional person at your company to also perform these duties, said Priebe. You don’t want to depend on just one employee for these important tasks. Think what would happen when that person takes a vacation, is out sick or leaves the company. Or, you could hire an e-mail service provider to do these tasks for you.
