It allows managers to see a complete circle of data, from when a customer calls in to when he or she gets the order. “We know who is ordering, what they’re buying and much more,” says Huitt. “These data help us refine and maintain our margins. We can query to see what’s in stock to fulfill a sale, even predict future inventory needs. And it’s all actionable and useful data.”
