As an industry, I think we should give Potter and his team the credit they’re due. Turning around an entrenched agency such as the USPS undoubtedly was no small feat.
Of course, this doesn’t let USPS off the hook. As members of the direct mail industry, we must remain vigilant to ensure the USPS management team’s sound strategies continue.
