Costco has been named America’s “Best Large Employer” in 2017 by Forbes and Statista. Thirty thousand workers at U.S. companies, nonprofit institutions, government agencies and U.S. divisions of multinationals answered this question: How likely would you be to recommend your employer to a friend or family member on a scale of zero to 10? They were also asked to evaluate their employers in terms of other factors such as atmosphere, remuneration and working conditions, with their answers formulating the basis for the rankings. One of the top employee perks at Costco is health insurance benefits for part-time workers. Rounding out the top three companies are Google and REI. Check out the full list of companies here.
