Data Cards: An Indispensable Tool

• Usage: The last and most ambiguous area of the data card is the listing of mailers using the file. (Not all list managers publish this.) For usage information to be truly valuable, you must know which mailer used the list and under what circumstances. It’s also important to get information about which mailers have used a file on a continuing basis and which have tested the file recently.
