It’s important to know what percentage of customer turnover the printer experiences annually. It’s even more important to know why customers take their business to other printers. Keep in mind it’s easy for a printer to offer you a low price. But a low price alone won’t retain you long-term. Price can’t be the glue that binds the relationship.
