Another big-name retailer has dropped Ivanka Trump's fashion line. Over the last week, Belk has removed the product line from its website. The landing page online turns up an error message, and customer service representatives have confirmed the brand has been taken down from Belk's website. Many reports say Belk's removal of Trump products comes amid growing pressure from an activist campaign #GrabYourWallet.
Total Retail's Take: Belk is the latest brand to stop selling Ivanka Trump products. Nordstrom announced last week that it was officially getting rid of the Ivanka Trump product line. Neiman Marcus followed suit shortly thereafter and removed the brand from its website. Currently, Macy's is under the microscope to do the same. Many companies have dropped the line in order to distance themselves from the controversial White House policies of the Trump administration.
