Lessons Learned
1. Plan now. You only have until early May when the new postal rates go into effect.
2. If you think you’ve cut all you can cut, think again. Or ask your vendors what they suggest. If the PRC rates are enacted as is, it’ll have been 16 years since the last postage increase of this magnitude.
