Aerosoles Announces Leadership Changes
Aerosoles Group announced this week that current CEO and President R. Shawn Neville will assume the role of executive chairman of the board, effective immediately. Stepping into the role of president and CEO will be Denise Incandela, former president of Ralph Lauren Global Digital and CIEM. Denise has also been appointed to Aerosoles' board of directors.
Incandela led Ralph Lauren's $700 million global consumer direct business. Before joining Ralph Lauren, she spent 14-plus years at Saks Fifth Avenue in senior roles including executive vice president and chief marketing officer, and executive vice president and president of Saks Direct, where she built their $1 billion-plus digital business from the ground up. Previously, Incandela worked at McKinsey & Company, where she was a leader of its retail practice.
"Denise has an outstanding track record of success in senior executive positions with premier fashion companies and brands in both retail and e-commerce," said Neville. "She will be a great addition to the company and I look forward to working with her and the team to further elevate the brand, our products, and engagement with customers and consumers at the intersection of fashion and performance."
