Yet even with these innovations, Seiff concedes that it's harder to have the same intimate shopping experience online as it is in-store. But that's not stopping Brooks Brothers from trying. It recently put in place a system for listening to its customers, associates and suppliers. In essence, it's a suggestion box, Seiff said.
