Share social links in emails or on product detail pages; design strategies to collect email addresses through mobile or social media; pay affiliates on social and mobile sales in addition to traditional web sales. There are many other examples, but it’s important to remember the best outcome is a happy, engaged customer, not the most email addresses, mobile numbers, or fans and followers.
