Problem: When sales representatives don't learn anything about their customers, it's very difficult to inform them of how products and services can truly enhance their lives.
Solution: Take time to learn about customer needs and link those needs to the right product or service solution. There's no need for a "hard close" if a customer trusts you. Connect and they'll take your recommendations.
