Tandy Leather CEO Resigns; Interim Named

Tandy Leather Factory Inc. announced Tuesday the resignation of its CEO Jon Thompson. He's also stepping down from Tandy’s board of directors, the company said in a news release. Thompson joined Tandy in 1980 and has served in a variety of positions. He was promoted to president and COO in June 2008 and before being named CEO in July 2009. Chief Financial Officer Shannon Greene will serve as interim CEO, and Senior Vice President Mark Angus will serve as interim president.
