Retail Container Traffic Remains Flat But Upturn is Expected

Import cargo volume at the nation’s major retail container ports is staying at about the same levels as last year this summer, but is expected to resume increases in the fall, according to the monthly Global Port Tracker report released by the National Retail Federation and Hackett Associates.
