Ollie's Bargain Outlet CEO and President Mark Butler rang the Nasdaq bell to open the financial market on Thursday. It was a special day for Butler, who was on-hand to witness the initial public offering of the Harrisburg, Pa.-based company, which opened its first store in 1982 in Mechanicsburg. "How cool is that?" Butler said later with a laugh. Ollie's sells merchandise under the slogan "Good stuff cheap" and apparently the market agreed. Shares of Ollie's, trading under the moniker OLLI, opened priced at $16 per share, and quickly shot up to a high of $22.99 in early trading.
