Nordstrom has revamped its website, Nordstrom.com, to improve functionality and make online shopping convenient to the shoppers. The new website displays less and larger images and focuses on five core areas: Accessories, Shoes, Conversation, the Delight of the Day, and Change Is Good. The website features three tabs on the homepage, dedicated to department, brand, and conversation. In addition, the website has also launched a blog, The Thread, which is linked with social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, for shoppers to share their views with each other.
