Best Buy settles Ultimate Electronics advertising lawsuit

Best Buy Co. will withdraw its unfair advertising lawsuit against Colorado-based Ultimate Electronics. The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported that attorneys for both companies released the information in a joint filing Friday.
