Amazon, Zappos Outrank Walmart Among Top 10 Loyalty Leaders

Two pure-play e-tailers, Amazon and Zappos, outrank Walmart in this year's Brand Keys Customer Loyalty listing. In bad news for the industry overall, retail brands were down by nearly one-third.
