Amazon, Wal-Mart, eBay top shoppers' online retail favorites list

The top 10 e-retailers online shoppers prefer the most held onto their rankings from a year ago, with Amazon, Wal-Mart, eBay, Best Buy and JCPenney rounding out the top five, according to an annual survey conducted for STORES Media by BIGresearch.
