Susan Combs, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, and Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) have reached an agreement to resolve sales tax issues that will create thousands of jobs in the state. Seattle-based Amazon plans to create at least 2,500 jobs and invest at least $200 million in the state over the next four years, the comptroller's office said in a statement Friday.
