Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc. plans to debut a brand new concept store in New York's SoHo neighborhood, according to The Huffington Post. The retailer will occupy the ground and second levels of a glass-and-aluminum, 11,000-sq.-ft. building, which will be located at 350 W. Broadway, between Grand and Broome streets. According to Pamela Lopez, a Nordstrom spokeswoman, it will be a "unique, philanthropic-based store concept," and "all profits will go to nonprofit organizations."
