Red Wing, Minn.-based Red Wing Shoe Co. Inc. plans to open 125 stores in the next five years, according to the Star Tribune. eBay sellers reported an outage at ProStores, eBay's web-hosting service, on Tuesday. Sellers who host their stores on ProStores reported their sites went down for about two hours beginning at 3:30 pm EST on Tuesday.
