Retailers are all about putting customers first nowadays, and with the holiday gift-giving season upon us, Walmart is doing just that. Tiffany & Co. reported profit for the quarter ended Oct. 31 surged 63 percent to $89.7 million compared with $55.1 million in the year-ago period. Bank Clothiers said that net income for the third quarter of fiscal year 2011, ended Oct. 29, 2011, increased 19.3% to $15.0 million verses $12.6 million in the year-ago period.
