As the executive director of marketing of Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), Jon Arnold and his team are responsible for brand and content, media, lead generation, digital experiences, retail experience, CRM and email programs, data and customer research, and more. Arnold joined BSRO in 2017. Prior to his time at BSRO, he built digital experiences for a variety of clients at agencies and startups, including MetLife, Deloitte, Slack, American Express, and more. Arnold began his career in the music business — working with platforms like iTunes and YouTube — and supported Nashville artists like Darius Rucker, Amy Grant, Chris Tomlin, Patti Griffin, The Oak Ridge Boys, and many more. Arnold grew up in Lee's Summit, Missouri, but has called Tennessee home for over 20 years. He attended MTSU and the Quantic School of Business.
